PRIVACY POLICY

All information given to us when ordering or registering on www.jewelzforyou.com will only be used by Jewelzforyou, and will only be distributed to other companies in specific circumstances set out below.

Your information will be used by Jewelzforyou for internal sales administration, payment processing and to keep you informed about new products and offers. If you do not wish to receive this information, you will be able to unsubscribe from the website by sending an email to info@jewelzforyou.com

We reserve the right to access our customers information to comply with applicable laws, in the event of illegal activity, or to operate our systems properly or to protect ourselves or other users.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Orders
    1. By submitting and order, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by Truly Scrumptious, will result in a binding contract. We will confirm that we have accepted your order by confirmation email. All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you until we have expressly accepted it. We will inform you, when canceling an order, as soon as possible.
  2. Prices
    1. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  3. Delivery, Title and Risk
    1. All dates stated for delivery are an estimate only. We try to ship al goods on time, but we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time. 
    2. If Jewelzforyou is unable to ship the goods within 30 days of the date of order, you will be entitled to cancel the order and request a to be refunded. In order to cancel, you have to send a written notice of cancellation to Jewelzforyou after the 30 day period, but before delivery of the goods at the customers delivery address or notification from Jewelzforyou that the goods are ready for delivery or have been shipped. When only a part of an order has been shipped within 30 days only the undelivered items may be cancelled.
    3. Jewelzforyou does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless you notify Jewelzforyou by email within 4 days of the receipt of the delivery and return the goods within 7 days of receipt. 
    4. Ownership of the goods, all risk associated with the goods including loss, breakage and damage and all other risks shall pass to you on delivery.
  4. Payment
    1. Payments can be made by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery or money transfer to our account. All payments will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your order.
    2. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
  5. Product Specifications
    1. Jewelzforyou reserves the right to make changes in actual product dimensions and specifications without prior notice. We will not be liable for displaying accidental incorrect information, prices, dimensions, colors, materials and other products data. 
    2. If Jewelzforyou cannot supply the goods ordered, we reserve the right to offer goods of equal quality at no extra cost. If you do not wish to accept the alternative goods which we offered, you may cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the goods. Then you will be entitled to a refund of any money paid to Jewelzforyou in respect of that order.
  6. Warranties and Returns
    1. Jewelzforyou is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. All jewelry bought on www.jewelzforyou.be has a one year warranty. However products affected by manufacturing errors may be returned within one year after purchasing the products. In such cases, we offer a refund provided we are notified of the defective goods within 4 days and the goods are returned within 7 days.
    2. When Jewelzforyou agrees to make a refund it will be made as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days provided that the goods are returned and are in the same condition as they were when delivered to you.
  7. Confidentiality
    1. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that any trade information, particularly related to pricing, remains strictly confidential and may not be passed to any third party without agreement from Truly Scrumptious in writing.
  8. Copyright
    1. The design of all jewellery shown on this website is subject to copyright. Under no circumstances may you re-use any of the information on this site, and no copying of the designs is permitted.
  9. Errors and Omissions

    Jewelzforyou makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on its website are correct and accurate. However it is inevitable that mistakes will occasionally occur. In the case of an error that has an effect on a customer's order, Jewelzforyou will contact the customer to inform them of the error and include the correction in the invoice.
